What Is Salvation?
Salvation means you :
ADMIT that you are a sinner and that you want God to forgive you.
BELIEVE that Jesus died on the cross, rose from the dead, and only He can take away your sins.
COMMIT the rest of your life to following Jesus.
If you would like to express your desire for a personal relationship with God through Jesus, you can do so by praying a simple prayer like this:
Dear God, I admit that I am a sinner. I know that my sin separates me from you, and I am asking you to forgive me of my sin. I believe that Jesus died on the cross to provide salvation for me and that He rose from the dead to be my Savior. I commit the rest of my life to following you. I invite you into my life to guide and lead me.
Amen.
Am I Saved?
If you’ve trusted Jesus for salvation, you can be confident in what God has done. Your salvation isn’t based on how perfectly you live, but on what Christ has already accomplished for you. There will be days when your faith feels strong and days when it feels uncertain. God’s promise does not change. He is faithful, He keeps His word, and He will finish the work He has begun in you.
If you said YES to Jesus, congratulations!
Saying yes to Jesus is the first and greatest step in your faith journey. I want you to know how excited I am for you.
You may be feeling a lot of things right now. I hope the top among them is loved. The most important thing is to take your next steps in growing your new relationship with Jesus.
Check out the next steps outlined below.
Welcome to the family of God. This is just the beginning.

Your Next Steps
1–CELEBRATE WEEKLY
Every Sunday we gather together to lift up Jesus, celebrate the good news of the Gospel, remember who He is, renew our trust in Him, and recommit to living as His faithful disciples.
Make attending Sunday service a priority! Sunday times – 9:00 or 10:30am.
2–Meet the Pastor
Meet Pastor Mike and learn more about North. Meet the Pastor takes place on the second Sunday of every month, immediately following both services in the Family Room in the back of the Worship Center.
3–Find Community
Build relationships and grow in your faith. Discipleship happens best in relations, where we learn, discuss, and apply God’s Word together in small groups called CONNECT.
To find a CONNECT Group, visit northpbc.org/connect.
4–Baptism
Because Jesus commanded us to be baptized, this should be your first step after saying yes to following Him. Baptism is an outward sign of an inward change. Baptism symbolizes dying, being raised with Christ, and being transformed into new life in Him.
To register for an upcoming baptism, visit northpbc.org/baptism.
