What is P.R.A.Y?
P.R.A.Y. is a simple framework to help you engage in meaningful prayer daily. Whether you’re a beginner or have been praying for years, P.R.A.Y. helps you focus your heart as you connect with God, lift others up, and grow as a disciple through prayer.
P – Praise
Begin by worshiping and honoring God for who He is. Thank Him for His goodness, love, and faithfulness. (Psalm 100:4)
R – Repent
Bring your sins, mistakes, and areas of growth before God. Confess openly and receive His forgiveness and grace. (1 John 1:9)
A – Ask
Lift up your needs and the needs of others. Pray boldly, trusting God to hear and respond according to His will. (Philippians 4:6)
Y – Yield
Surrender your plans, desires, and control of God. Trust Him to work in His timing and way. (Proverbs 16:3)
