Join us for a fun-filled time of learning, worship, games and crafts!

We invite you to join us for this year's Vacation Bible School, July 17-21 from 6-8 pm. During "Super Squad," we will be exploring heroes of the Old Testament including Moses, Samson, Gideon and Esther. Key concepts that we will be focusing on include obedience, strength, faithfulness and courage.
We will begin and end each evening in the Worship Center. We encourage folks to get there a little early the first night to complete registration. Kids will be divided by ages and attend one site each evening. Thursday is family night and this year the team has some exciting things planned!

Attendance each night will be done through Kid Check. If you don't already have an account, you can sign up for one prior to VBS if you'd like. Just go to and follow the instructions.

Thursday Family Night

We will conclude our week with a special performance by Brett A. Myers, a Christian illusionist. Myers has taken his talents around the world to share the gospel of Christ. Each year he performs over 140 shows that include army bases, theaters, colleges, conferences, corporations, and churches from coast to coast.
According to Myers, a typical performance includes illusions and personal testimony. "During the program, you can expect me to make a real bowling ball magically appear on stage, visually restore a torn newspaper, levitate an antique table, cause sporadic weather changes, and much more. I make it very clear that what I do is an optical illusion and only God can do real miracles. I utilize comedy, audience participation, and sleight of hand to establish credibility with the audience; so that I may then share with them my personal testimony and effectively present the gospel."

Interested in volunteering?

Vacation Bible School is a time of fun and learning where we have the opportunity to serve children in our church family as well as those in our community. In order to make this happen, we need your help! We need team leaders, game leaders, arts and craft workers, snack leaders, storytellers and at-home prep workers. If you are interested in volunteering, please complete the volunteer form and a member the i12 Event Team will contact you soon.

Volunteer Forms

If you're new to volunteering at North, we will need for you to fill out a couple forms. If you would like to complete them before VBS, download and either return to the church office or via email to

VBS Outreach Event

First Impressions has organized a mini-VBS outreach event for July 13 at Friendship Park located at 417 13th Street. Kids will enjoy crafts, games, and a Bible story. They will go home with peanut butter, jelly and a loaf of bread and hopefully knowing that they are loved and valuable. Help us spread the word so we can share the love of Jesus and make a difference in the lives of local families!
