Leadership Team
North's leadership structure is unique and does not follow a traditional Senior Pastor model but rather a team approach. The Leadership Team is defined as three staff members that share the responsibilities and authority of ministry and administration equally. The prime areas of ministry responsibility have been classified into two basic categories: shared responsibilities and specialized responsibilities.
