North Parkersburg Baptist Church is a growing church on the West Virginia/Ohio border. We have a dedicated staff that seeks to honor the purpose of the church.

We encourage you to check out who we are and what we believe. One easy way is to attend a Sunday Service, Wednesday Evening Service or a North University Class. We would love for you to plan a visit and see just what the North family is all about.

Learning Together...

Sunday Message Series

Forever is a long time! You are eternal, and you were made for forever. As Christians, we have the hope of grace-given eternity but we often live forgetting this world is temporary. Join us for the five-week series “1,000 Years from Now” as we take a closer look at just what forever means and why we should live each day in light of eternity. Sundays at 9:30/11:00am.

Wednesday Evening Service

The short book of Philippians is one of the most quoted in the Bible, yet Paul wrote it not for the popular sound bites, but to paint a picture of a mature Christian faith. This letter offers tangible ways to develop a faith of pursuing, chasing, knowing, and loving Jesus. Join us Feb. 17-March 23 as Adam Myers teaches  “To Live Is Christ, To Die is Gain” at 6:15 in the Chapel.

Easter Fellowship Luncheon

Join us at noon on March 25th for the 30th annual Easter Fellowship Luncheon at the Friendship Kitchen. An Easter meal will be offered at no charge as a love gift to all in the area to promote fellowship and care for those in the Mid-Ohio Valley. Please call the church office for information on transportation. To volunteer, complete the form and someone will contact you.

Doing life together...

North is an exciting place to be for a lot of reasons, but one of the biggest ones is the wide variety of ministries and opportunities to grow together. We realize that we need each other, so we like to think of ourselves as family! Building relationships and learning together is important to us.  We believe that together we can make a difference in our community.

No matter where you are in your personal walk, we know Jesus wants to meet you there.

Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
