North Parkersburg Baptist Church is a growing church on the West Virginia/Ohio border. We have a dedicated staff that seeks to honor the purpose of the church.

We encourage you to check out who we are and what we believe. One easy way is to attend a Sunday Service, Wednesday Evening Service or a North University Class. We would love for you to plan a visit and see just what the North family is all about.

Learning Together...

Sunday Message Series

People! It sure seems like life would be easier sometimes without them. The truth is that our greatest joys and our deepest hurts occur in our interactions with other people. Join us for the new series The Island: You're Not In This Alone where we will examine God's plan for doing life together. Sundays at 9:30/11:00am.

Wednesday Evening Service

The short book of Philippians is one of the most quoted in the Bible, yet Paul wrote it not for the popular sound bites, but to paint a picture of a mature Christian faith. This letter offers tangible ways to develop a faith of pursuing, chasing, knowing, and loving Jesus. Join us Feb. 17-March 23 as Adam Myers teaches  “To Live Is Christ, To Die is Gain” at 6:15 in the Chapel.

NEW Married People Class

Whether you have been married 6 months or 60 years, Married People will strengthen your relationship with each other and with God. He only gives us a few verses on how husbands and wives should love each other. We believe He did that on purpose! Join us for a NEW Married People small group happening February 21-March 20.

Doing life together...

North is an exciting place to be for a lot of reasons, but one of the biggest ones is the wide variety of ministries and opportunities to grow together. We realize that we need each other, so we like to think of ourselves as family! Building relationships and learning together is important to us.  We believe that together we can make a difference in our community.

No matter where you are in your personal walk, we know Jesus wants to meet you there.

Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
